For these pieces which introduce us into the cooler periods of the year, I wanted to have a roll neck which could transition both seasons. This time I’ve opted for the best merino wool money can buy, imported straight from Italy. This light to medium-weight knit has an amazingly super soft handle thanks to both the amazing quality of the yarn we use and also the washes we put this through post production. And not to worry to those who loved our previous sweaters fit, this gives the same drape our previous lambswool roll necks had, only lighter.
Key Features
I didn’t want to play around too much with the fit so I’ve opted to keep that same shape that we previously had as you loved it so much. I have however made this slightly longer on the sleeves just to help with the stacking effect you have around the cuff area. I wanted to mimic the same style as the lambswool used previously.
For those who haven’t seen our previous sweaters, these features dropped shoulders, generously oversized across the body, and a curved body starting from centre from to back, which gives that amazing curve and lift as it moves towards the rear of the sweater.
This has been finished with the boy from our brands logo in a running stitch embroidery. Because of how I’ve designed the garment, the shoulder seam sits directly on the centre of the shoulder, so the garment can either be worn front or back, depending on your preference.
