PsyCo. Clothing was founded in 2020 at the peak of the pandemic in New York City. Our founder, Helen Yang (24), has been in the fashion industry since college, beginning her career at Prabal Gurung as a sales & merchandise intern. She started working full-time at Chanel as a visual merchandiser, partnering with members at department stores such as Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdale. She later transitioned to a more creative role at Condé Nast as a visuals editor, working directly with brands, designers, and other creatives all over the world.
Yang envisioned a brand of refined sophistication with a modern touch. The line includes tailored pieces, and soft flowy silhouettes. PsyCo. is made for the woman on the go who requires a wardrobe that works for different occasions. Her unique minimal design paired with quality fabric makes those wearing the pieces feel confident and empowered.
The S/S capsule collection includes four dreses, one top, paired with skirt or pants to be worn as a set. More recently, we launced the Gemma Set, which includes a bra top, high wasited corset skirt with matching tweed blazer. Fabric sourced from Korea, and put together and manufactured in New York City. It is an assembly of pieces that Yang personally would reach for every day. Each piece is unique and easy to wear with different adjustable features, such as strp length and slit length.
